How do I get a price?
Request a quotation using the form on the Contact / Enquiries page. We will then email a quotation to you with a specific reference number. The quotation is valid for seven days.
How do I make a booking?
Follow the link on your quotation to the book me in page. Use the booking form to make a booking.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
A non refundable deposit of £50 is required when the booking is made. No booking exists until the deposit is paid. When the booking form is received we will send you our bank details to facilitate payment by BACS.
When do I pay the balance?
Payment of any outstanding fee is required at least fourteen days before the event. None payment of the balance by the due date is deemed to be a cancellation by the client. We will not attend the event if the balance has not been paid.
How do I pay? Cash, cheque, BACs?
We prefer payment by BACS.
Can I have an invoice?
Yes, we can send you an invoice or receipt on request.
What happens if the client cancels?
Cancellations: If the event is cancelled and we are unable to find an alternative booking the following fees are payable: 12 or more weeks prior to event 50%, 4 to 12 weeks prior 75%, less than 4 weeks full fee payable. Cancellations will only be accepted in writing by email or letter sent recorded delivery.
What happens if we don't turn up?
If we did failed to arrive at the event or cancelled ( due to illness, vehicle breakdown, road closure or any other unforseen circvumstance ) all money paid will be returned in full. No fee will be due to us.
What happens if the weather is bad?
We are unable to perform outdoors in wet and windy conditions. It is important for the event organisers to have a wet weather plan.
