Your booking is made when we receive your completed booking form. We will enter it in our diary and send you a confirmation email using the contact information you provide.
The confirmation email records the arrangements you have booked. We will contact you if we need to clarify any details, and Hazel will then arrange the invoice in accordance with the agreed payment terms.
