Close-up magic — sometimes called table magic — is performed right in front of the spectators rather than on a stage. Ron can entertain an individual, a small group standing together or guests seated around a table.
The effects use familiar objects such as playing cards, coins, rope and other everyday items. Because the audience is so close, the reactions become part of the entertainment.

Mixing and mingling
At a drinks reception or party, Ron can move naturally between groups, performing a few effects for each before moving on. This works particularly well when guests don't all know one another because the magic immediately gives people something to talk about.
Table magic
At dinners and wedding breakfasts, Ron can move from table to table between courses. This provides entertainment without interrupting the whole event and is especially useful while some tables are waiting to be served or cleared.
